Cancellation Policy

At Danielle Creations LLC, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible.
To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations/reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
There is $0 additional cancellation fee.
-Deposit is reusable one time in a week time frame only if you notify 24 hours before the appointment. It is your responsibility to reuse the deposit within the appropriate time frame. Otherwise, it is forfeited.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will require full payment to book future appointments.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to avoid delaying other clients that may be scheduled after you.
Late arrivals will be charged for the full cost of the scheduled service and completed in the amount of time left of your appointment.
